Timmy is an actor, writer & yoga teacher currently living in West Kerry. He has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2013 and qualified as a certified yoga teacher in 2018. The practice of Kundalini Yoga has given him the tools and space to withstand the pressures of the modern age and deepen his experience of himself and the world around him. He teaches to share and inspire others to believe in transformation, stillness and the great silence within.  
 

He teaches Kundalini Yoga as Gaeilge most notably on the Wild Irish Retreat in West Kerry and recently resident yoga teacher on Cape Clear.
